Requirements:-
- Namibian Citizenship
- Grade 12 with commercial or business-related subjects and a minimum of 3 years’ experience as an insurance intermediary or related experience in the financial services or,
- Grade 10 with commercial or business-related subjects and a minimum of five years’ experience as an insurance intermediary or related experience in the financial services and markets sector,
- A clear criminal and credit check
- Ability to work under pressure whilst still maintaining a professional image
- Good planning, organising and time-management skills
- Computer literacy (MS Office Suite)
- Proactive and passionate about sales
- Outstanding networking skills
- Good interpersonal and communications skills
- Self-starter and team player
- Valid Driver’ license
