Requirements:-

• Minimum Grade 12 with a Certificate in Culinary Arts/Cookery
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Sushi Chef in a 4* or 5* hotel operation
• Computer literate
• Excellent knowledge of Japanese cuisine
• Good knowledge of various sushi types and sushi-rolling techniques
• International experience in a high-end Japanese, Asian or Korean fusion restaurant will be an added advantage
