• Position:- Guest Relations Agent
• Location:- Mokuti Etosha Lodge, Namibia
• Salary:- 1,564.39 – 1756.56 NAD
• Closing Date:- 15 April 2025

Requirements:-

• Min Grade 12 plus Higher Certificate
• Certificate in Hospitality & Tourism Business Administration or Accounting
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a front desk, night audit, reception or customer service role within the Hospitality Industry.
• Experience in room revenue control, handling cash, accounting procedures, and general administrative tasks and OTA’S.
• Computer literate (MS Office & Opera Systems)
• Multilingual in a foreign language (German, French, Portuguese etc) will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of MICROS will be an added advantage.
