Requirements:-

• Honours degree in Information Technology / Telecommunications or related 4 years
• Masters degree in relevant field (Advantage)
• Post graduate Degree in Information Technology / Telecommunications (Advantage)
• Experience working in Information Technology Applications Development and Support environment 5 years
• Experience working in networking, IT systems and customer service environment 8 years
• Experience working in a senior managerial role managing teams 3 years
• Experience in formulating and managing budgets to optimize resources and control operational costs 3 years
• In-depth knowledge of industry trends such as 5G, IoT, and digital transformation
• In-depth knowledge of enterprise IT systems, cloud services and managed solutions.
• Ability to oversee network performance metrics, troubleshoot faults and optimize capacity planning.
• Strong understanding of telecommunications network infrastructure, including core and access networks
• Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
• Must be a Namibian citizen of have permanent residency
