Requirement’s:-
- Grade 12
- Technical diploma (N6) in Mechanical, Electrical or Instrumentation and/or 3 year relevant technical/production related tertiary qualification
- Engineering degree (Mechanical or Electrical) will be an added advantage
- Three (3) years technical and leadership experience in a FMCG environment
- Understanding of The Manufacturing Way / WCM / Lean practices and principles
- Thorough knowledge of all aspects of Packaging processes and Critical Equipment
- Proven Leadership skills and management capability
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and Problem Solving Skills
- Understanding of SHE policies and procedures
- Ability to identify gaps and initiate improvement activities
- Ability to train and coach own team.
