Requirements:-
- Matric Grade 12 (6 subjects) Passed
- 2-5 years previous experience in a supervisor /manager role
- Hands-on experience implementing operational processes
- Excellent project management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of operational principles and policies
- Knowledge of the Namibian Labour law
- Organisational skills and attention to detail
- Team leadership
- A degree in operations management or business administration is a plus
- Drivers licence and or C1 with GP
- Computer literate
- Must stay in Walvis Bay.
